1. Shipping Timeline

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery time typically ranges between 2–7 business days, depending on the destination. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to external courier issues.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Leyl is not responsible for any increases in courier rates, and shipping costs are subject to change without prior notice if adjusted by the courier company.

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.

4. Delivery Attempts

If the courier makes multiple attempts and is unable to deliver the order, the item may be returned to us. In this case, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

5. Packaging

All items are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can assist you accordingly.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your address and contact information are entered correctly. Leyl is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. In-Store Pickup

If you select the showroom pickup option, you will be notified when your order is ready. Please collect within 7 business days to avoid cancellation.

8. Shipping Areas

We currently deliver across Egypt. If your location is outside our coverage area, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements or cancel your order with a full refund.
